Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Copolymer(EVA):

Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Copolymer (EVA) is produced via high pressure process technology from Enichem, Italy. It has two processes including tubular process and autoclave process.EVA now produces various copolymers with vinyl acetate (VA) content up to 33% to satisfy diverse demands of customers.

It has excellent processability, transaparency, low temperature sealing, chemical resistant, and crosslinking foaming. It can be used for many applications such as greenhouse film, laminate film, agricultural film, packaging film, extrusion, injection moulding and expanded foam(shoes,soles), hot melt applications etc. All EVA products complies with U.S. FDA 21-177-1350, RoHS.

High Density Polyethylene (HDPE):

High Density Polyethylene plastic resin is the product manufactured by CSTR low-pressure slurry process from Maruzen, Japan. HDPE is a high-impact and high-stiffness product and has distinguished chemical resistance, environmental stress crack resistence and high electrical property, so it extensively used for film, blow molding, injection. Improved polymerization process is used to produce drum and pipe grades. According to ISO 12162:1995(E) is the PE pipe grade. HDPE 8001 natural classified PE 100 at 20 deg C and 50 years exceeds a MRS of 10MPa. The grades of drum 7500 and 7501 can be used toproduce 220 liter drum. All HDPE products contain anti-oxidants and meet FDA 21-177-1520, RoHS.

Our PP resin are manufactured by using slurry and gas phase processes. Slurry process mainly produces low MFI for thermoforming grade, high flow and low odor injection grade, high crystalline grade with high temperature resistance for home appliances, medical application and BOPP film grade for food package , while gas phase process mainly produces PPR and PPB pipe grade, high flow and high impact copolymer and high processing speed, high transparent Bopp grade More information is available upon request.
